No Cook Dinner

How was your day?  It was a long day for me and I’m looking forward to bedtime! 🙂 But first, what good things happened to you today?  It’s always better to end each day with a thankful heart.  One of the highlights for me was enjoying a simple dinner on our patio.  Really, it was so refreshing and filling  – hummus (great source of protein), cucumbers (perfect to dip in hummus vs. crackers/bread – less carbs), arugula salad (recommend stilton cheese), and mangoes.  It was the perfect summer dinner. 🙂
