High Protein Salad

Did you know that all salads are not created equal? Of course you knew that. šŸ™‚ I’ve had salads with croutons (carbs), candied walnuts (carbs), and sugary dressings (carbs). Although yummy, salads with less carbs/sugar and more protein is yummier! I love using an organic herb salad blend (Earthbound is a great brand), lots of shredded carrots, garbanzo beans (protein), eggs (protein), and sliced almonds (protein). Instead of buying already made dressing, I use meyer lemon olive oil and raspberry vinaigrette. It’s the best combo in the whole wide world! šŸ™‚

    that sounds so yummy!! I want to try the lemon olive oil and raspberry vinaigrette…. I’ve only done regular olive oil and balsamic vinegar….
